I built an agent that handles customer service and support on WhatsApp around the clock. It reads text, listens to voice messages, understands images, finds the right answer in knowledge bases and remembers everything already said in the conversation.

When a question goes off script, it doesn't make up an answer: it calls a human on Telegram rather than risk losing the sale.
